The Process: Jared consults on lighting, color theory, and placement to ensure the installation harmonizes with, and actively elevates, your existing environment.
The Commission Process
1 - Discovery & Scope Definition
The easiest way to start is by filling out the form on our Contact page. We will then schedule a Discovery Call to discuss your vision, intended scale, complexity, and desired delivery date. We use this information to determine if the project is a good fit for our services, or if a recommendation can be made to one of our partners. .
2 - Proposal & Agreement
If the project is a fit, we will provide a detailed proposal outlining the design concept, project budget, requested add-ons, and an estimated timeline (starting at 4 months). Upon mutual agreement, a deposit is secured to formally begin your project.
3 - Design & Feedback
We move into the design phase, providing an intial concept for your review and revising according to your feedback. Throughout the design process, you will recieve dedicated updates on progress, as well as digital renders of your commissioned piece as it’s design comes together. This stage is dedicated to perfecting the design digitally before physical production of your project begins.
4 - Physical Production
Here is where your commission takes physical shape. All of the parts for the final design are sourced and delivered to our studio. The digital assets are physically tested, making any minor revisions that are needed. Your involvement in this phase is minimal as we focus on executing the approved design with precision, but you can expect many progress photos as your final model comes to life, as well as quality photos when the final piece is complete.
5 - Delivery & Installation
Your completed LEGO® art piece is securely packaged, shipped, and (for large installations) personally installed at your location. We coordinate logistics to ensure safe and successful delivery. In the case of a full art activation, we coordinate with you directly to make sure the experience is exactly as you envision.
