The Planet Express model is a small, personal commission that was created in February, 2024, based on the Planet Express HQ from Futurama®. The model relies on careful color choice to replicate the visual tone of the TV show, as well as forced perspective to allow the Planet Express delivery ship to appear like it is flying toward the viewer. The ship, suspended by a single clear bar, is a testament to the strength of LEGO® parts under tension. A highlight of unique part usage in this model goes to the use of a green Minifigure neck bracket for the main entrance door of the building.
